Every year in November and December, Alden Biesen is transformed into the one and only Saint Nicholas Palace.

Saint Nicholas takes up residence there, along with his helpers (Black Petes) and palace residents. Visitors are taken on a magical journey through the castle, past Saint Nicholas' rooms, the post office, the Plaza of the Gifts, and the Saint Nicholas Hall.

You meet characters like Wanda, who hopes to earn her special feather, and Kyano, who dreams of having his own room in the palace.

The performance tells a warm story, based on the legend of the three gold coins, and ends with a dance show and the departure of Saint Nicholas to go and distribute the Gifts.

The Saint Nicholas Palace is a place where fantasy comes to life, where children can put out their shoes and where every visit becomes a memory for life.
