MusiMatrix is an interactive music trail for children where listening, experiencing and participating are central.
Students and their teachers come face-to-face and ear-to-ear with classical or contemporary music and its performers. The boundaries between listening, actively experiencing, and performing together are broken down.
At MusiMatrix, Musica Impulscentrum ( https://www.musica.be/ ) collaborates with renowned ensembles. The activities are specially designed to inspire children and encourage them to enjoy music while having fun and gaining new experiences. An interactive experience trail gives you the chance to experience and learn music in a completely new way.
The ensemble takes children on a 90-minute journey with three mini-concerts, each paired with creative and active workshops. The format demonstrates that even young children can become truly enthusiastic about music from the past and present, regardless of its complexity.
