By bicycle
Alden Biesen is the ideal starting point for a bicycle tour through Haspengouw. You can use the visitors' car park and then depart via Bike Junction 68 for a cycling tour along old cities, fruit orchards, impressive squared farmhouses and a few castles. By car
On the E313 Antwerp-Liège take exit 31 and follow the signs. Please be aware of an active trajectory control cameras on the Reekstraat.. The Alden Biesen visitors' car park is located opposite the moated castle, at the junction of Roelants du Vivierlaan and Kasteelstraat.
In the visitors' car park you can also make use of three public charging stations for electric cars.

By public transport
Alden Biesen is 5 km from Bilzen station. Once you have arrived at the station, you can reach the domain with the on-call bus. This runs according to a fixed timetable and every ride must be requested in advance. This can be booked online on the De Lijn website.
